Can I transfer an existing domain
name to edenphost.com from another company?
Answer
Yes. You will just need to contact
your current host, or the registrar of your domain
and ask them to change the nameservers of the domain
to EdenPHost nameservers which are:
Primary Server Hostname NS1.edenphost.com
Secondary Server Hostname NS2.edenphost.com
You should keep your hosting service at your present
site while waiting for the domain to be transferred,
as it takes 24-48 hours for a DNS transfer request
to be processed. Sometimes it may be necessary to
contact your old host and/or registrar by phone to
get the transferred completed.

Do I need to have a Domain Name
to set up an account with edenphost.com?
Answer
For all our hosting plans, you will
either need to register a new domain name or transfer
your existing domain name to EdenPHost's
nameservers.

I want to transfer my domain
only after I have set up mailboxes and upload files
at edenphost.com. Can I do this?
Answer
Yes. Please send an email to support@edenphost.com
to request the account to be IP activated. You will
then be able to upload your files and create your
email accounts using the IP address. Once you have
completed the uploading of your site, you can then
proceed with getting your domain transferred to our
DNS servers.
When you do the domain transfer, emails will go to
both the new site and the old, so do not cancel the
old account till no mails are being received there.

Accounts can either be paid quarterly, semiannually
